As transportation plays an increasing role in addressing barriers to care, MTAC has launched a first-of-its-kind research compendium of NEMT-specific research. The Research Hub includes over 100 research findings on topics ranging from NEMT’s role in reducing hospital stays or trips to the emergency room, to improving treatment adherence and improved health outcomes for specific patient populations. MTAC has also compiled a downloadable document illustrating the types of data included in the Hub. We invite all interested stakeholders to use the Hub for your research needs and welcome additional data points to feature as we further build out the Hub.
