The Medical Transportation Access Coalition is working to preserve access to non-emergency medical transportation. This includes working with Members of Congress, with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and with state elected and appointed officials to preserve and strengthen policies that provide access to transportation.

MTAC recognizes the challenges governments at all levels are facing when it comes to paying for healthcare services and the need to ensure every dollar is properly spent. Our members are committed to policies that provide beneficiaries with the transportation services they need in the most cost-effective manner possible and to work with governments on policies to strengthen beneficiary access and improve the quality of transportation services.
